Tell me which app, the email registered with the account, and a line or two that helps me verify it's really yours. I'll confirm by email within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

Deleting your account removes your profile and all stored data — progress, history, settings, the lot. It can't be undone, so if you only want to take a break, you can simply stop using the app instead.
